Ok Lets get Started:Open cluster frame, shift D to duplicate and close originalResize cluster to your desired sizeTake freehand tool and draw around frameOpen new layer under frame and apply paper of choiceOpen tube and place to tagOpen WA and place to tag
Use any elements of choice from kit if desired
Merge layers and add mask
