Ok Let's get Started:Open blank canvas 700x700Open element 70 and place to upper leftDuplicate and position to lower rightOpen element 8 and position to centerOpen element 1 and place to left sideOpen tube and to centerDuplicate element 1 and place in front of tube(You just want to bottom showing)

Merge layers and add mask
