Ok Let's get Started:Open canvas 700x700Open element 46, resize 90% and place to centerOpen paper of choice and place behind circle frameOpen element 33, resize 90% and place to topUsing the raster deform tool rotate frame to leftClick inside with magik wand and modify by 10New layer, flood fill with solid paper or color of choiceOpen tube of choice and place to centerPlace close-up of tube inside the rectangle frame on each sidePlay around with your settings or filters and choose a look you like

If you want to safe your tags in layers close as psp I started doing this so I could change tubes out
Merge layers and add mask
