Ok Let's get Started:Open canvas 700x700Open element 145 and place to centerUsing magic wand click inside frame and expand by 15New layer under frame - Select noneOpen element 52, place behind frame and resize around 45%Using Mura Meister Encircle & create a circle frameOpen tube of choice and apply
Start building your tag with other elements from kitI used the following:Element 23Element 25Element 35Element 36Element 49Element 56Element 95Element 98Element 116Element 118Element 146Element 149
Merge layers and add maskI used 2 different papers and 2 different masks
