Ok Let's get Started:Open canvas 700x700I took elements 17,49,55 and 77, resized 32% and made circle framesUsing MuraMeister encircle filter create a circle frame with each elementMerge layers together after you createAdd paper of choice under framesPlace to center of canvas
Open tube of choice and place on canvas
Start building your tag with other elements from kitI used the following:Element 11Element 20Element 21Element 23Element 35Element 41Element 42Element 57Element 69Element 70Element 74
Merge layers and add mask
