Ok Let's get Started:Open canvas 700x700Open element 46, mirror and place to top leftDuplicate and mirrorOpen element 16, resize around 80% and place to leftDuplicate and mirrorOpen element 20, resize 80% and place to bottom rightOpen tube of choice and place on canvas

Merge layers and add mask
