Ok Let's get Started:Open template, shift D to duplicate and close originalAdd papers of choice to layersI added a border to shape & layer 1On shape layer go to effects, distortion, pixelateSettings of choiceOn layer 1 go to effects, art media, brush strokesOn layers 2,3,4 go to effects, artistic, colored edgesAdd noise to star layersOpen tube of choice and place on canvas

Merge layers and add mask
