Ok Let's get Started:Open 700x700 canvasOpen frame 3 and place to centerUsing magic wand click inside frame and expand to 10Open new layer under frame and paste paper of choice into selectionSelect noneOpen element 35 and resize around 60%Using Mura's Meister Encircle filter create a circle frameOpen tube of choice and place on canvas
Start building your tag with other elements from kitI used the following:Element 4Element 5Element 8Element 9Element 10Element 11Element 12Element 13Element 14Element 17Element 25Element 27Element 28Element 32
Apply WAMerge layers and add mask
