Ok Let's get Started:Open template, shift D to duplicate and close originalI resized mine 87% all layers then increased canvas to 700x700I deleted the ice cream top, bottom and coneFill template layers with papers of choiceI done my WA at end Place tube of choice to tag

On my WA I used an ice cream gradient I found somewhereUsed Eyecandy 4000 gradient glow with thin settings
Merge layers and add mask
