Ok lets get started:Open blank canvas 725x725Open element 1, resize, place to upper leftDuplicate and move over to right upperOpen element 106, place to leftOpen element 21, resize, place to upper rightI rotated mine a little to right using deform toolAdd paper of choice behind heart, I used paper 6Place tube to canvasStart adding elements of your choice
