Open blank canvas 725x725Open frame and paste as new layerResize to your desired likeClick inside frame with magic wand and expand by 15Open new layer under frameAdd a background of your choice
Open tube of choice and place in frameBegin adding tubes to decorate your tagAdd background paper and apply maskWhen everything is to your likingYou have a created an awesome tag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
