This tutorial is written for those with knowledge of PSPSupplies Needed:Tube of choice: I'm using the wonderful artwork of NocturneExclusive tube purchased at PFD HEREFTU Scrap kit by Diamond Creations called Spring Blossoms HEREMask of choice
Ok let's get started:Open 725x725 blank canvasOpen element 51 & place to center more to leftResize if needed, rotate upwards to right slightly (mine as example)Click inside with magic wand and apply paper of choiceOpen element 1, rotate 90 to leftMove element behind frame to the topResize as needed for placementDuplicate, rotate 90 to rightAdjust flowers as neededPlace tube where desired

Open paper of choice and apply mask
