Ok Let's get Started:Open 700x700 canvasOpen element 6, resize around 40% and place to centerUsing Mura's Meister Encircle filter create a circle frameOpen element 26, resize same as above and place on canvasUse same filter to create a circle frameOpen tube and place to canvas
Start building your tag with other elements from kitI used the following:Element 1Element 7Element 9Element 14Element 18Element 23Element 25Element 37Element 40Element 59Element 63Element 88Element 89Element 90
Merge layers and add mask
