This tutorial is written for those with knowledge of PSP
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice: I'm using the wonderful art work of VeryMany
You must obtain a license to use HERE
FTU Scrapkit from Melissaz Creationz HERE
My cluster frame HERE
Mask of choice

Ok Lets get Started:
Resize elements to your liking
This is a very quick and easy tutorial

Open cluster frame
Shift D to duplicate and close original
Add a new layer and send to bottom then flood fill with white
Delete copyright
Using freehand tool draw a circle around frame
Add new layer under frame
Open paper 15 and paste into selections
Select none
Effects, Texture, Mosaic Antique with settings of choice
Effects, Texture with settings of choice

I placed my tube to right of tag inside circle
Depending on tube you are using place where desired

Open element 26, resize and place at end of flower in pail
Open element 25, resize and place behind flower 26 to the right
Open element 42 and place between the 2 flowers
Open element 11, resize and place to left..duplicate then mirror
Open element 1, resize and place on top of watermelon
Open element 22, resize and place on top of pail to left
Close off background level and merge

Close off merge layers
Open element 4 and place in center - resize 75%
Move scatter to top of left corner
Open element 5 and place on top of green scatter
Merge these 2 layers as 1
Duplicate layer and mirror then flip to place at bottom of tag

Merge layers again then add mask of choice

Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG

Hello friends and welcome to my blog!!! My name is Rhonda and I live in South East Ga., little town called Lumber City. I have 2 sons, 2 DIL's and 3 grandchildren. I work in healthcare as an RN.
