Curves in the Road

Good morning on this Friday, May 3
Hope everyone had a great week 
For most, Friday signals end of work week
An opportunity to leave work at work and
focus on family time or ME time.

How do you cope when changes interfere with
the road we are traveling? 
I have not always been good with changes in life
To me, it depends on situation.
If it is a simple change, color of dress to wear, I
may speak my mind but I'll adhere to change.
When it means changes in my life, I have to
understand why the change will be better for me.
"Make it make sense."

Therapy has been a part of my life since 2004, 
the year my dad took his life and changed everything
about me and how to cope with life.
Equine therapy saved my life
I believe in therapy and I think everyone would
benefit from having a few sessions.

Recent events sent me down a road of change
Main change was how to trust when you feel you
have been betrayed by someone very important.  
I had to change path and start a new journey.
I am currently working on this change but it
can be a slow process. 

Any advice or thoughts on curves in the road?

Be kind to someone today.

Hello friends and welcome to my blog!!! My name is Rhonda and I live in South East Ga., little town called Lumber City. I have 2 sons, 2 DIL's and 3 grandchildren. I work in healthcare as an RN.
