Didn't write a complete tutorial but you can use

4th Single Frame (duplicated and mirrored)

4 Clusters (used one 2x but can't remember the one)

Open canvas 800x800

Place clusters where desired

Place other single elements on tag

Place tube to left of tag OR where you choose

Use my tag as an example

Open textured pattern, resize of choice

Apply mask of choice

Don't forget to credit the artist!!!!!!!

I save a layered psp tag for future use

Merge layers as PNG and add names

Open template - Shift D to duplicate - close original

Image, canvas size 800x800 (do size of your choice)

Delete raster 8 and vector of 8, raster 4 and raster 9

Raster 5 - PP8

Raster 6 - PP13

Raster 7 - PP9

Raster 2 - PP1

Copy of Vector1 - add noise of choice

Place tube of choice to center

Elements used listed, use any of your choice

For the mask, I used 2 papers - PP14 &2

With the 2 layers I just played around until happy

Resize to your liking

I keep a copy in psp layers for later use

Merge layers into PNG
