Open cluster frame - resize as desired
Shift D to duplicate & close original
Canvas size 700x700
Grab freehand tool and draw around frame
Open new layer & flood fill with gradient of choice
Selections invert delete
Move paper under frame
Apply Xero Fritillary with settings of choice
Duplicate frame & paper and place behind original frame
Move this frame up to the top
Open word art and resize
Apply Eyecandy Gradient Glow
Place tube in center
Apply Xero Porcelin with settings of choice
Merge your layers
New layer & apply solid color
Apply Filters Unliminted Fine Cotton Paper
Apply mask of choice
I added blind effect also
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG
