Open template - Shift D to duplicate then close out original
Resize template to your liking
Delete copyright,layers 5 and copy of 5
Click on raster 7 selections,select all, float,defloat

Open blank canvas 700x700
Open frame 23 & place in center of tag
Open frame 21 & place on top a little smaller
Open frame 24 & place on top again a little smaller
Grab the magic wand & click top frame
Selections modify expand by 10
Add new layer under frame
Open paper 20 & paste into selections
Add close-up inside frame
Apply Xero Radiance with settings of choice
Change blend mode to screen
Apply PhotoEffex Scanlines with settings of choice
Place your tube
Now time to add our elements
