Resize elements to your liking
Open blank canvas size 700x700
Open element and paste to canvas
Using freehand tool draw around frame
Add new layer under frame
Open paper of choice and paste into selection
Merge frame and paper
Place tube to right of tag
Use any elements of choice from kit
Always apply elements on separate layers so you can move around

Draw a large circle in center of tag and fill with paper 4
Draw another smaller circle and fill with paper1
Take flower 4 and resize
Using Mura Meister Copies choose Encircle
Create a circle then move to bottom of tag
(I had to play around with settings)
