Open element 14 - resize and place behind tube with flowers showing to the left
Open element 6 - resize and place toward the end of wagon
Open element 16 - resize and place in front of wagon
Open element 9 - resize and place behind basket of fruit
Open elements 75,76,77 - resize and place behind front wagon flowers
Open element 94 - place to top and using deform tool adjust flower to your liking

Place any other fruit or flowers to your tag - decorate of your choosing
