Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open element 99, resize and place to to left
I duplicate mine several times and placed to each side
Place tube to canvas and start building tag
Use any elements of choice. I used the following:

Add additional mask if desired
Place your name where you like it

Swirl 3 mask by LindaNM Rawkin Designs HERE
Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open frame 4 - rotate 90 degrees to left
Using deform tool rotae a little more to right
Open paper 1 and paste as new layer behind frame
Resize 66% and move inside frame
Erase any paper hanging out
Open water and place to bottom of inside frame
Place tube to canvas and start building tag
