This tutorial is written for those with knowledge of PSP
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice: I'm using the wonderful artwork of Kajenna
Tube purchased at PFD HERE
FTU kit by Designz by Shelly called Abundant Blessings HERE
First kit on page - check out rest of her freebies!!!!!!!!!!!
WA by Karmalized Scraps HERE
Mask #972 by Rachel Designs HERE

**Always remember to resharpen tubes after resizing, rotating
I may not post in tutorial thinking you are aware
Anything that distorts image needs to be sharpened
Also drop shadow each element, tube, image**

Ok let's get started:
Open blank canvas 725x725
Open element 105, resize and place to canvas near bottom
Open element 107, resize and place to canvas near top
Opem element 124, resize, rotate 90 to right and place to left side of canvas
Click inside with magic wand and expand by 10
Open paper of choice, I used pp18, add as new layer under frame
Selections delete. I then rotated my frame a little to left with deform tool
Open element 110, resize and place to canvas near top of frame
Layers duplicate, image mirror
Open element 119, resize and paste near top to right side
Open element 121, resize and paste to center, moving slightly to left
Open tube of choice & paste on tag

Use any elements of choice. I used the following:
Element 2
Element 4
Element 16
Element 24
Element 25
Element 27
Element 34
Element 39
Element 41
Element 42 (rotate)
Element 47
Element 57
Element 71
Element 72
Element 102
Element 115
Element 116
Element 118

Open paper of choice and apply mask
Merge layers or keep layers open to use later

Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG
