Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open cluster 7 & paste as new layer
Click inside cluster with magic wand
Selections modify expand by 10
Open paper 5 and paste as new layer
I moved my paper down to the blue area
Selections invert delete
Move paper under cluster
Merge these 2 together
From here down we will be working behind main frame
Open greenery cluster 3
Free rotate 90 to left
Position above other greenery on frame
Open greenery cluster 4 - resize 82%
Place under cluster 2 - image mirror
Position near the top above cluster 3
Open greenery cluster 2
Position at top
Open clouds - resize 70%
Place at top of cluster in front
Open butterflies of choice - resize 32%
Place as many as you like where you want them
Open wordart of choice and paste to bottom left
Open tube of choice. I used a sitting one
Place on top of greenery
I used Xero Porcelin on my tube
Merge layers
Open paper 22 & apply mask
I resized my mask layer 93%
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG
