Open blank canvas 700x700
Place tube to canvas and start building
Use any elements of choice. I used the following:

Using element 24 make a cluster using Mura Meister Encircle filter
Use settings of choice
Open frame 3 and place on top
Click inside frame with magic wand and expand by 10
Open new layer under frame and paste into selection paper of choice
Place tube to canvas and start building
