Resize elements to your liking

This is a very quick and easy tutorial
Open blank canvas 700x700
Place tube center
Open the cluster frames and place on tags
Make sure to add clusters on different layers
Use my tag as an example
Merge layers and add mask of choice
I merged my cluster layers without the tube an copied
I went back to original tag and applied the cluster
I used MuRa's Meister Wallpaper Fliter to create background
Place your name where you like it
