This tutorial is written for those with knowledge of PSP

Open canvas 700x700
Open frame 3 - resize 85%
Click inside frame with magic wand
Selections Modify Expand by 12
Add new layer under frame and paste paper 11 into selection
Open wreath and place to outside of frame on both sides
Open street lamp -resize 65% and place to far right of frame
Open sign 2 -resize 70% and place to left of frame
Open stocking - resize 52% and place to middle of frame toward the bottom
Open sign 1 - resize 60% and place to left of frame
Open Santa Bag - resize 58% and place to far right of frame
Open ornament 2 -resize 42% and place in front of sign 1
Open bottle - resize 30% and place beside ornament in front
Open ornament & kitty - resize 42% and place to right of ornament & in front of sign 1
Open candles - resize 52% and place to right of frame at bottom
Open bells - resize 45% and place in center of frame at top
I added some sparkles to my tag
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG
