Ok Lets get Started:
Open a blank image 700x700
Open frame 1,resize and place as a new image
Open frame 2,resize and place on top
Grab the magik wand and click inside frame
Select modify expand by 10
Add new layer under frames
Open paper 14 and place into selected layer
Selections none
Place your tube
Now add any elements of choice

Using the deform tool turn element to a vertical position
Place as many times as you like on frame
