This tutorial is written for those with knowledge of PSP

PTU Scrapkit by Niqui's Design called Resolutions HERE
Template #1 by Sylly Creationz HERE

Ok Lets get Started:
Open template - Shift D to duplicate then close out original
Increase size to 700x700
Delete copyright & 2016
Click on black back oval selections,select all, float,defloat
paste a paper of choice from the kit - I used paper16
selection invert delete
select none delete the original
apply xero fritillary
Click on top & bottom small circle selections,select all, float,defloat
paste a paper of choice from the kit - I used paper16
selection invert delete
select none delete the original
apply Xero Fritillary again
Click on silver rectangle selections,select all, float,defloat
paste a paper of choice from the kit - I used paper15
selection invert delete
select none delete the original
apply Filters Unliminted with texture of choice
Click on small white circle
add noise as many times to your liking
Click on small black circle
effects, texture, weave with setting of your choice
Click on small gold rectangle selections,select all, float,defloat
paste a paper of choice from the kit - I used paper10
selection invert delete
select none delete the original
apply blind texture with settings of your choice
Click on long black rectangle selections,select all, float,defloat
paste a paper of choice from the kit - I used paper2
selection invert delete
select none delete the original
add noise with settings of your choice
Click on long silver rectangle selections,select all, float,defloat
paste a paper of choice from the kit - I used paper4
selection invert delete
select none delete the original
Click on all black squares
Add noise with settings of your choice
I added a border to my word art
Place tube where you desire
Now time to add our elements

Merge layers
Open paper of choice and apply mask
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG
