Open tube of choice and place on canvasOpen element 5 - paste as new layer under templateImage rotate 15 right - move down a littleImage duplicate, mirrorOpen element 133 - paste as new layer between big heart and heart borderAdjust frame to your likingOpen element 105 - paste as new layer on top of heart borderAdjust blend mode to Screen (You may like something different)Open element 15 - resize 78% - You may need to recolor to match tubePlace element to upper left hand behind big heartApply other elements of choice to tag
