Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open background and paste as a new layer
Open element 2 and place to right of canvas
Open frame 1 and place to left
Use eraser to remove background (only use in the 2 elements)
See my tag as example
Place tube to canvas and start building tag
Use any elements of choice. I used the following:
Deco 2,5,6&7
Element 1,3,4&5
Flowers 1,2,3&6
Grass 1&3
Leaves 1,3&4
Sign
Spray 1,2&3
Wood
Merge layers and add mask
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG

Supplies Needed:

Tube was purchased at his store which has now closed

FTU Cluster by Linda at My Tagging Addiction HERE
Mask by likeisow at Deviant Art HERE
Ok Lets get Started:
Open cluster - shift D to duplicate x2
Minimize one to bottom (we will use later)
Using freehand tool draw a corcle around frame
Add new layer under and paste any background you want
I used a gradient
Open tube and place where you want on frame
I added close-up tube to background
Add Xero Porcelin to tubes
On layer properties in psp change blend mode to screen
Merge layers
Open other frame we duplicated
Add to back of tag
Using MuraMeister Copies, select Wallpaper
Using settings of choice
Apply mask
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG

Open leaves element and resize to 40%
Use MuRa's Meister Encircle filter to create larger frame
Open frame 3 and place on top
Click inside frame and expand by 12
Add new layer under frame
Open paper of choice and paste into selection
I applied Cybia Pixel Shade filter to my paper
Select none
Place tube where you desire
All we are going to do is build around it
Now time to add our elements.

Ok Lets get Started:
Open cluster frame - shift D to duplicate and close original
Increase canvas size 700x700
Place paper of choice inside frame
I used a texture then applied PhotoEffex Scanlines
Add tube of choice
Merge layers
For my mask I used cluster frame
Apply Mura Meister filter background with settings of choice
Apply mask and merge layers
Place your name where you like it
Add the Copyright and your License Number for the tube
Resize to your liking and save as PNG
