Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice: I'm using the wonderful art work of Amber
Tube can be purchased at VMA HERE
PTU Kit by Kathy's PSP Designs called Fall Blush

Mask of choice
Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open element 24 and place to center
Click inside frame with magic wand
Open new layer and paste pp 10 into selections
Open element 98 and paste as new layer
I just placed what I wanted to show inside frame and erased the rest
Open element 21 and place inside frame
Change blend mode to Luminance (I played around with the modes)
Place tubes to canvas and start building tag
Use any elements of choice. I used the following:

Element 14
Element 15
Element 27
Element 28
Element 29
Element 30
Element 37
Element 42
Element 43
Element 53
Element 62

Element 100
Merge layers and add mask
Place your name where you like it

Open blank canvas 700x700
Open element 12 and place to canvas
Duplicate frame
Rotated bottom frame to right a little
Erase bits of frame interlocking
Merge frames as one
Using freehand tool draw around both frames
Open new layer under frame
Paste paper of choice into selection
Place tube to canvas and start building
