Found the kit, started the tag then BOOM, went missing
Didn't write a complete tutorial but you can use
my tag as an example

Giving the basic information on how tag was created
Template I deleted layers cr,12,11,10,9 and 2
Fill other layers with papers of your choice
On layers 7 and 5 I added a deep drop shadow
Use elements of your choice, so hard to decide
After applying mask of choice, I posted element 73
Behind layer 7, I posted element 68

PTU Kit by Jens Sweet Temptations called Broken Summer

Masks of choice
Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open element 13 and place to center
Open element 17 place behind stones
Place to right, duplicate and mirror
Place tube to canvas and start building tag
Use any elements of choice. I used the following:

Merge layers and add mask of choice

Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open element 16 and place to center
Add paper of choice under frame
Open element 22 and resize around 38%
Using Mura Meister Copies filter choose the encircle
Play around with settings to make a circle frame
Open element 28 and place under your circle frame
Place tube to canvas and start building tag
Use any elements of choice. I used the following:

This is a very simple and easy tut
Just place your elements where you want them
Resize if needed
Ok Lets get Started:
Open blank canvas 700x700
Open frame 2 and place in center
Open frame 6 and place on top
Using magic wand clink inside frame and expand by 15
Add new layer under frame and open frame of choice
Paste into selection then deselect
I used elements 3 & 30 inside frame
Place your tube where you desire
